Appalachian State University, I. W. Carpenter, Jr. Herbarium (BOON)

The I.W. Carpenter, Jr. Herbarium contains 30,220 as of 6/7/18. The three main functions of the ASU Herbarium are for teaching, maintenance of vouchers, and development of a research herbarium with a focus on the flora of the Southern Appalachians.
