Western Illinois University, R. M. Myers Herbarium (MWI)The R.M. Myers Herbarium contains more than 75,000 specimens, of which most are from western Illinois or southeastern Iowa. We hold a major collection of moss specimens from western Illinois, as well as a set of Opuntia fragilis specimens that document most areas where it grows in the midwest.
