Locality: United States, New Mexico, Otero, Sacramento Mountains. 1.5 road miles southeast of junction with US Route 82 on Karr Canyon Road. Vicinity of 32.93422°N x 105.81919°W.
Elevation: 2426 meters Verbatim Elevation: ca 7960ft.
Habitat: Springy hillside in forest-woodland area with Pinus ponderosa, P. edulis, Juniperus, Garrya flavescens, Quercus gambelii et al. Springy area with Lythrum californicum, Eleocharis rostellata, Helenium autumnale, Solidago sp.,Typha latifolia, et al. Large meadow in nearby flood plain.; Locally common at edge of meadow below road.
Description: Corollas pink-purple. Stems 1?several from base.
