M.J.C. Murphy 2020 - too many spikes for C. suberecta. Achenes all abortive. This specimen is likely a hybrid. M.J.C. Murphy 2017 - Not clear if these vegetative culms are from same plant as the inflorescences. These leaves appear too wide for S. suberecta or C. scoparia.
