Locality: USA, Utah, Salt Lake, Crestwood Park, along the north side of Little Cottonwood Creek drainage, ca. 1.1 miles ENE of Intersection 900 East and Fort Union Blvd.

Elevation: 1372 meters Verbatim Elevation: 4500 ft.
Habitat: Close to creek, growing with Salix exigua and under river birch. More lush location than collection 143, grass near western/fenced of the park.
Description: Plants 48-54 cm (19-21 inches) tall, scattered. Two lifeless (but alive) anthophorid bees observed on nearby plants.
