Habitat: Shrubby ridge at Bayou Cumbest mouth, SE corner of island contains a shell midden (where plants were collected).
Notes: Herb. Previously identified as Onosmodium molle Michx. var. hispidissimum which is considered to be a synonym according to the USDA Plants Database. Collected for the Herbarium of the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science for the Natural Heritage Program Field Survey. Two sheets.
