Small brown ants present as well. Tepals 12-18, very small and green grading to 14- 17(—20) mm long, 6-9 mm wide. pink. often with green medial stripe and white margins below. Larger (inner) tepals oblong with cuspidate tips. Flowers 37-40 mm long, 33- 36 mm across. Filaments 6-12 mm long, white at base, pink below anther. Anther creamy yellow. Stigma creamy white; style pink, 15-18(-25) long, constricted at attachment point to cup.
