Description:
Densely branched polypodial shrub 1.8 m tall, 1.5 m broad, trunks to 5 cm diameter; secondary branches mostly ascending; ultimate branches very easily detached and cloning; spines very pale yellow-brown, sheaths translucent-white below, yellow- brown above; this is the first individual of this morphology I have seen with plump fruits, these pyriform, pale green-yellow; seeds per fruit: 13, 17, 9, 85, 14, 18, 23, 40, 5, 4, 0, 0, 0, 1, 1, 1, 18.
