Locality: United States, Colorado, Jefferson, Eagle Ridge. In a pit of a former mine on the east side of the locally named “Eagle Ridge,” 400 m. west of the intersection of US Highway 6 and Heritage Road, 3.76 km. south of the GNIS location of Golden.

Shacklette (27 Jun 1959, 24 vouchers at COLO), but Humulus was not among his collections.; A little past its prime, but an interesting collection given the affinity of the Hops Azure butterfly.
