Locality: USA, Colorado, Jefferson, Apex Park - Northern Parcel. Northeast quadrant of Apex Park - North Parcel, base of the Rocky Mountains foothills scarp, 4.56 km. south of the GNIS location of Golden.

Elevation: 1886 meters (6186ft)

Habitat: Mixed foothills grass- and shrub-land, the grasses having long since senesced in this long, hot, dry summer.

Description: Leaves strongly 3-nerved, inflorescences with many mating assassin bugs. Large patch perhaps 40 m. × 10 m.

Notes: Plants of Jefferson County Open Space | Compare to Coll. No. 2432, made 140 m. to the northeast.
