Locality: United States, Arkansas, Benton, Ozark Highlands. Dissected Springfield Plateau-Elk River Hills Ecoregion. USGS Garfield 7.5' Quad. S side of Indian Creek, on Corps of Engineers property, about 380' from Indian Creek Cove of Beaver Creek Lake & about 820' E from where access trail from Tom and Malani Walton Preserve meets Indian Creek at 36.45554, -93.93311.

Habitat: Growing on 5-7' N-facing bluff along Indian Creek below very rocky and steep woodlands.
Associated Species: Growing with Arisaema triphyllum, Hydrophyllum virginianum, Podophyllum peltatum, Asarum canadense, Tilia americana, Polygonatum biflorum, Trillium viridescens, Hydrangea arborescens & Uvularia grandiflora.
Description: Fresh flowers were cream-colored with a rosy pinkish tinge.
Reproductive Condition: flower
