Locality: United States, Arkansas, Garland, Ouachita Mountains. Central Mountain Ranges Ecoregion. USGS Hot Springs South 7.5' Quad. S of Hot Springs, 0.25 miles NE of Higdon Ferry Rd. jct. along Central Ave., then 60 yds. NW of Central Ave. behind abandoned business.

Habitat: Abandoned flower bed, partial sun.
Associated Species: Growing with Geranium pusillum, Sherardia arvensis, Phytolacca americana, Paspalum dilatatum, Lolium perenne var. perenne, Diodia teres, Hypochaeris radicata, Trifolium arvense, and Plantago lanceolata.
Description: Inflorescences that were relatively spread out, and fruits that were glabrous to papillate. The proximal inflorescence internodes averaged about 20 mm long, and ultimate fruits were 3-5 nodes beyond the primary stem.
Reproductive Condition: flower & fruit
