Habitat: Shallow water/mud flats
Associated Species: Phalaris arundinacea, Salix eriocephala var. watsonii (syn. S. lutea), Potamogeton crispus, Lemna minor, Crataegus rivularis
Reproductive Condition: Fruiting
Notes: Large stand; at end of a very recently cut trail into the area that loops just before reaching this location. Typha is not otherwise common in Steven's Grove, but there are some nice stands on Milrace Rd. across from and to the north of the water treatment plant.
