Elevation: 1455 meters Verbatim Elevation: 4773 ft.
Habitat: At edge of improvised campsite on floodplain in sandy soil; Populus deltoides ssp. wislizeni grove with common associates Forestiera pubescens, Ericameria nauseosa var. graveolens, Artemisia tridentata, Sarcobatus vermiculatus; plants to 4+ ft. tall; stems branched throughout; flowers white; abundant in ripariran zone understory.
Substrate: Permian Cutler formation
