Associated Species: Burnt Pinus jeffreyi, P. flexilis, Abies concolor and Arctostaphylos patula and with Cercocarpus ledifolius, Stipa parishii, Eriophyllum confertiflorum, Eriogonum wrightii, E. parishii, Linanthus pungens, Lupinus excubitus, Tetradymia canescens, Salvia pachyphylla, Eriodictyon trichocalyx, Elymus elymoides, Erysimum capitatum, etc.
