Habitat:
Lodgepole forest up and down stream and on N side of large meadow; Lodgepoles with some Juniperus and P. monticola up N. slope to Subalpine Forest; S. slope ledges bear Lodgepoles, P. monticola, few Tsuga; great talus up middle of S. slope to crest cliff at 11,000-11,500'. Vaccinium appressed to rocks at stream margin at upper edge meadow.
