Locality: United States, Florida, Franklin, United States: Florida: Franklin County. St. Vincent Island, W of Apalachicola. Small trees or shrubs to 3 m. tall, sparsely branched; pitch yellow; ecotone between coastal hammock (in shell deposits - with Quercus virginiana, Juniperus silicicola, Sabal palmetto, etc.) and Cladium marsh. Uncommon. N shore of island.
