Habitat: Site 1. Large tundra boulder below steeper upper slopes. Moraines make rolling terrain with swales and rocky knobs. Many pikas affecting vegetation.
Description: Prostrate, from thick rhizomes. Leaves ~round, reticulate-veined, <20mm long, glabrous. Catkins subterminal, few-flowered (<20).
