Locality: United States, Colorado, Gunnison, Floodplain of Tomichi creek, 8 mi. E of Gunnison, on Ralph Clark Ranch.
Habitat: Floodplain, in wet meadow. (This pop. lacks the coarsely toothed leaf margins & clasping cauline leaf bases.)
Reproductive Condition: Flr
Notes: Erigeron glabellus ssp. pubescens, det. W.A. Weber and N. Lederer, Feb. 1999. Orig. ID as Erigeron philadelphicus. Type locality of E. fraternus Greene, who noted this strikingly analogous to E. philadelphicus in habit & inflorescence;"the name was overlooked by Cronquist, who took broad view of E. philadelphicus.
