Notes: H. villosa var. glomerata, det. V. L. Harms 1963 / H. pumila, det. W. A. Weber 1987 / H. pumila det. W. A. Weber 1996; Probably a high-altitude microrace of H. villosa sen. lat., characterized by comparatively glabrate foliage and single terminal heads. Originally ID as Chrysopsis foliosa.
