Locality: United States, Texas, Calhoun, Along a road along the edge of Matagorda Bay, about 0.3 mile S of the end of Rt. 316, about 0.2 mile N of the statue of LaSalle, and about 3 miles S of Magnolia Beach along the road at the edge of the bay.
Habitat: Herb to 1 ft. tall, common behind shell ridge along Matagorda Bay, at the edge of a tidal flat. Growing with Limonium nashii, Batis maritima, and Borrichia frutescens.
Reproductive Condition: sterile
