Habitat: N-facing ridge in oak-juniper savanna.
Associated Species: Quercus oblongifolia, Juniperus deppeana, Yucca madrensis, Acaciella angustissima, Eragrostis lehmanniana, Muhlenbergia, Indigofera sphaerocarpa, Mimosa dysocarpa, Cnidoscolus angustidens, Hedeoma, Bothriochloa barbinodis, Bouteloua hirsuta, Bouteloua curtipendula.
Description: Annual forb; leaves toothed; capsules hairy.
Notes: PAPAZ; duplicates to ARIZ, USON.
