Habitat: Abundant in places, sprawling on other vegetation, in ditch and near fire hydrant and thus spared from the mower, with Ptilimnium capillaceum, Setaria glauca, Acalypha rhomboidea, Persicaria hydropiperoides; corner of damp field on N side of South Beltline Blvd, 1.3 miles W of its jct with SC 48 (=Bluff Rd), south side of Columbia.
