Description: Locally frequent, cloning, flower stalk 11 ft tall, inflorescence with 13-14 lateral appendages down 1/5 of stalk, ovary, neck olive-green - dark maroon-brown, tube light green/dark yellow, brick red, tepal lobes brick red-yellow, filaments yellow (-chartreuse-green), anthers yellow, style yellow (-chartreuse-green); measurements after Gentry (1982) in mm: tl=57, o=23.5x7.5, n=7, tu=10(h) x 14(w) mm, outer tep=17(l) x 7(base), 3(mid), inner tep=16 x 6(base), 2.2(mid), fil ins=8.2, 9.2, fil=52, a=12, sty=59, during anthesis.
