Habitat: Drier, naturally disturbed area to the edge of a bog meadow and adjacent to Picea engelmanii Parry ex Engelm. trees; Gradual slope down to the northwest; specimens collected partially shaded shrub willows; diverse shrub (willow) and forb community; subalpine in the Southern Rockies ecoregion.
Notes: Height: 40-45 cm; Flowers: Light blue, purple, and pink, no smell.
