Locality: United States, California, Los Angeles County, Liebre Mountains, along the Ridge Route west of Castaic Canyon, 1.3 miles north of the junction with Templin Highway, just north of small development on private land.

Habitat: Distrubed roadside in area of bedded sandstones forming steep slopes with cliff-like outcrops.
Associated Species: Avena barbata, Brassica geniculata, Marrubium vulgare.
Description: Rhizomatous per. herb forming local patches at edge of road. Flowers pinkish, purple.
