Grazed & Flooded wet meadow/riparian habitat on volcanic fault - block valley, uplifted volcanic mud flow - shale escarpments. E aspect, 2° slope.
Dark gray brown (10YR 3/2) colored organic bog soils.
Seed collected from 250 plants; to be used for general research, genetic studies, long-term storage & site rehab. 'Rocky Mountain beeplant.' Voucher for: Seeds of Success program.
