Habitat: Undisturbed parcel completely surrounded by lands already mined and partially reclaimed. Open pinyon-juniper habitat.
Associated Species: Pleuraphis jamesii, Oryzopsis hymenoides, Elymus smithii, Chaetopappa ericoides, and Lycium pallidum.
Description: Pre-bloom.
