Habitat: Xeric disturbed area adjacent to an artificially created riparian area (irrigation canal) in the Plains -- Mesa Sand Scrub (Dick-Peddie).
Associated Species: Atriplex canescens, Salsola tragus, Ulmus pumila, Elymus longiflorus, Cucurbita tagetina, Gaura parviflora, Epixiphium wislizenii.
