Habitat: Steep NE-facing slope with mostly juniper, some pinion. Sandy, rocky soil from fractured rock. From here plants extend at least 1/2 mile.
Associated Species: Big Sage, Eriogonum, Penstemon, Townsendia, perrenial grasses.
Description: Stems ascending, banner pale or fairly vivid pink lilac; wings lilac; pods mostly anthocyanic, some mottled.
