Locality: United States, Arizona, Pima, Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument. Western road shoulder of Highway 85, just south of the Ajo Mountains Wayside (parking area).

Habitat: Sonoran Desertscrub.
Associated Species: Ambrosia deltoidea, Larrea tridentata.
Notes: Plant, 5 ft tall, was eventually killed after three attempts. SEINet-Import; Plant was growing in a construction area where many other weeds were found. Soil was imported from an unknown area during construction.; Seed
