On steep SE. facing rocky slope above tank; with Ambrosia dumosa, Perityle emoryi, Lupinus sp. Cryptantha sp., Mammillaria tetracistra, Hyptis emoryi, Encelia farinosa; 2 shrubby 3 ft. high plants; flowers pale yellow; seeds long-hairy; only place seen.
