The notes on this record, as follows "Notes: On north facing sandy tundra with grass, sedge, lichen, arctic willow, and erigeron. Soil: colluvial sand and porphyritic gravel cryoumbrept. Height: 11-14 cm. Fresh bracts: rose, 2.5RP5/10, " do not seem to fit the location of this collection on top of South Table Mountain. Compare these notes to those on the other voucher of this collection, as follows "Notes: On N. side of road with Phlox hoodii, P. longifolia, Castilleja chromosa, Alyssum desertorum, Cympoteris bulbosus, C, purpurescens, Lomatium grayi, Atriplex confertifolia, Trifolium gymnocarpum, Seriphidium vaseyanum, scattered Juniperus osteosperma; ban, "
