Habitat: Coastal Sinaloan thornscrub.
Description: Densely-branched shrub with dark gray-green, often glossy stems; fruit obovate, green, tinged yellow to orange; chaining to 4 in number, often bearing new stems from arcóles; no meiosis found in flower buds.
