Locality: United States, Arkansas, Prairie, Mississippi Alluvial Plain. Grand Prairie Ecoregion. USGS Stuttgart North 7.5' Quad. Stuttgart Municipal Airport. 6.5 mi. N of Stuttgart. 0.2 mi. ENE from main office. In triangle-shaped area N of CR 980 & SW of the next road to the NE.

Location Remarks: Vicinity of coordinates; coordinates not obtained in situ with GPS but estimated post-collection event using mapping programs. Coordinates considered accurate to within 100 m.
Habitat: Swale or shallow old ditch in degraded prairie with evident network of old roadways and concrete foundations. This area was a military base in World War II.
Description: Florets with strong purple tint. Looks different than what I usually see.
