Habitat: Mowed powerline r-o-w through good quality seasonally flooded oak-hickory flatwoods with graminoid-dominated understory.
Associated Species: Growing with Carex spp., Juncus spp., Eleocharis tenuis verrucosa, etc.
Description: Plants cespitose.
Reproductive Condition: fruit
Preparations: Herbarium Sheet 1 of 1.
Notes: Locally common. Hundreds of clumps. Extends into open area of adjacent flatwoods.
