Locality: United States, Arkansas, Garland, Ouachita Mountains. Central Mountain Ranges Ecoregion. USGS Pearcy 7.5' Quad. Ouachita National Forest. Meyers Creek Seep (large, high-quality seepage wetland on the south side of Meyers Creek). Seep extends onto private land to the west.

Habitat: Gravelly little spring runs in large, high-quality seepage wetland. Partial shade.
Description: Fresh flowers white, plants forming mats.
