Habitat: Near base of very steep, sparsely vegetated, west-facing slope
Associated Species: Cirsium arvense, Achnatherum hymenoides, Anchusa officinalis, Artemisia tridentata, Physaria acutifolia, Amelanchier utahensis, Ericameria sp.
Description: Few plants observed, long floral tubes,fading flowers rose-colored, pubescent throughout, dense hairs on leaf margins
Reproductive Condition: Flowering
Notes: Harsh, steep slope is nonetheless being invaded by invasive Anchusa officinalis and Cirsium arvense; mountain brush community
