Description: Local, this plant growing under Artemisia tridentata, with ca 50 stems, flowers 60(l)x31(w) mm, 63x33 mm, 65x32 mm, 73x31 mm, 70x29 mm, 70x32 mm, nectar chamber 7 mm high, hypanthium dark green, outer perianth red with darker maroon-red midstripe, inner perianth red, filaments cream-white becoming pink, anthers dark maroon-purple, style cream-white becoming light green distally, stigma lobes olive green.
