Description:
Solitary, many-leaved dense sosette, leaves glaucous blue-gray, inflorescence 13 - 14 feet tall, peduncles 19-21, flowers 3rd and 4th up stalk, measurements after Gentry (1982) in mm: during anthesis, tl - 43, o 20 x 7, n = 2.25, tu = 6 x 11, fil ins = 6, 7, tep = 14.5 x 2, 14 x 1.5, a = 12, sty = 52, no nectar, no smell.
