Family: Ranunculaceae
Collector: Frates, Tony   20180818075

Elevation: 1950 meters (6396ft)
Habitat: Mostly submerged aquatic, growing directly in Weber River in shallow, rocky stream channel
Associated Species: Potamogeton crispus
Description: Only flowers/peduncles appearing above water, flowers white, yellow at base, leaves could not be seen
Reproductive Condition: Flowering
Notes: Shallow, slow-flowing portion of river (river level in general very low); plants were over 10 meters away from the closest vantage point on the south bank; since leaves were not floating on the surface, assumption is that they are not dimorphic and that this is therefore var. diffusus; two groupings of plants observed only at this specific location
