USA, Arizona, La Paz County, Off I-10 just E of exit ramp 53 right next to interstate.
Grows in dry plains and mesas and flowers from time to time t/o the yr., mostly in the spring. Strong odor points out Creosotebush in the deserts of AZ where it is an important wild plant. Branched shrubs that grow up to 3 m high. Leaves evergreen in color and are thick and glutinous. Leaflets oblong to obovate, united at base. Flower axillary and solitary with small yellow flowers.
