Locality: USA, Arizona, Maricopa County, Maricopa County: Grown in cultivation at Desert Botanical Garden, Phoenix, N 33 deg 27' 33'', W 111 deg 56' 35'', 1200 ft., 366 m: accession number 1976 0248 0206, originally received as a plant from Mr. Kelly, ACAH, Maricopa County, Pinnacle Peak.

Description: Flower diameter 35-40 mm, length 50-55 mm, outer perianth color pale green with green or reddish green midstripe and tips, inner perianth color pale green with darker green at base; stigma lobe number 6-8, stigma color green; stem shape joint, stem color green with a touch of grey, spine color amber.
