Associated Species: Larrea tridentata, Ambrosia dumosa, Encelia farinosa, Cylindropuntia acanthocarpa, Parkinsonia microphylla.
Notes: Common, erect, 10-24-inch tall herb with 1-inch yellow flowers and mostly basal leaves.
