Elevation: 300 meters (984ft)
Habitat: Large north-south fen; multiple ownser; many arms; large expanses of Carex stricta. Fen elongated and amoeboid with many small armas and large amounts of edge. Oak uplands often inserted intro prairie fen as peninsulas. Oftern large amounts of open water due to beaver flooding. Asjacent to railroad that runs the entire length of the fen. High quality fen interlaced between shrubs pockets about 70m south of Munger Road. Many Larix laricina trees in area. Herbaceous later is diverse with Bromus ciliatus, Lemus repens, Carex stricta, Solidago ohioensis, S. altissima, and Galium boreale. Dasiphora is common on moist, slightly hummocky ground.
