Hwy 67 never intersects Hwy 40, I looked on the Colorado Highway webpage adn found no previous junction to occur. Hwy 67 goes one direction out of Sedalia in Douglas Co., thus I plotted a point 10 miles from Sedalia along Hwy 67. CV=4. MM
Growing in duff on forest floor just above rocky hillside. Plants scattered for several miles along roadway in small patches.

Plants 36-45 cm tall and pubescent. Cauline leaves large, rays mostly 8, 4-5 mm long.
