Locality: United States, Colorado, Yuma, 12 mi n of Wray on east-trending side road that ends just W of Laird.
Georeference Remarks: Laird is ~6 miles east of Wray. The road north of Wray is HWY385 and the East-West might be HWY 34 or more likely CR45 off of HWY 385, but it is unclear which road to follow. I left this ungeocoded. RA; Georeferenced 25 April 2017
Habitat: Sand hills.
Reproductive Condition: Flr
Notes: Plants in dense erect clumps; fls. 2.3 cm diam., deep orange-yellow, tube not exceeding calyx. Pin and thrum plants.
