Habitat: Small subalpine meadow jin southeast-facing draw; gravelly, hummocked surface (possibly disturbed) with small Picea pungens, Carex, Deschampsia cespitosa, Astragalus alpinus, and Potentilla.

Notes: WGS 94, GPS Reading. Needles blue-green; small trees to 6 meters tall, scattered through meadow. Specimen GPS: 37.019363, -105.264175.
