I was not able to find a listing for Semper Lake it might be the Lake on the Lake Arbor Golf Course due to its proximity to the GNIS point for Semper. I left the UTM at the GNIS point for Semper and increased the CV to 5 to cover the area. Semper is in
Ruderal-dry zone.
