Associates include Aphanostephus skirrhobasis, Aristida sp., Brazoria arenaria, Bulbostylis capillaris, Commelina erecta, Coreopsis nuecensoides, Croptilon divaricatum, Croton argyranthemus, Dichanthelium nodatum, Digitaria cognata, Eragrostis sessilispica, Gaillardia amblyodon, Helianthemum georgianum, Helianthus debilis, Linaria texana, Linum alatum, Schizachyrium scoparium, Sporobolus purpurascens. Occasional.
Reproductive Condition: flowering + fruiting=mid
